More Stinky than Pete

We didn�t learn the first time. We thought we had the situation under control.

This is Stinky Pete:

He didn�t pee into the heat vents last night, but he�s not using the litter box either. He�s a big burly tom cat who�s had a life on the streets for a very long time. You can�t expect him to understand the concept of kitty bathrooms that quickly �..� can you?

Hubby says �NO MORE STAYING IN OVERNIGHT�. I say �Ahhhhh .... but honey ..... ?�

Meanwhile � our house smell like cat urine. We are definitely NOT inviting any company over for a while.

Does anyone know a good way to get rid of the smell? Short of pulling up all the carpets and starting from scratch.
